wooo hoooo!!!

I'm pretty stoked with my life, I lost 4 lbs so far! working on losing 16 more! Slowly but surely I'll get there! I dont wanna be a psycho crazy gym all day and all night but I am going 5 days a week and eating better! Honestly I notice a difference when I dont go.

I am fighting depression, a milder form but still so I was directed to take St. Johns Wort, its a vitamin to help improve self esteem and happiness blah blah blah!!! Every day I go to the gym I dont need to take my happy vitamin (lol) b/c I get that same help from the gym. Its hard to not feel good about yourself  when your going to the gym and kicking butt!

Anyways, thats the update for now! still eating lean cuisines A LOT and my Herbalife shakes for breakfast and dinner! I'll update you in a few days or a week!
