WTH! I do this for my own benefit but I somehow always seem to forget about my blog!!
anyways, so lately I've been doing a lot of zumba and pump classes! idk if i'm losing weight b/c
I dont have a scale but I can tell I'm losing inches and thats what I care about!!
i'm really enjoying zumba I'm thinking about getting a game or a video so I can do it at home b/c I have so much fun doing it! if you're reading this you should definitely try it!
well thats it for now... until I remember again!! lol

lame..
I'm HORRIBLE at this Blogging thing!
hahaha!
So anyways, just an update on what I've been doing....
My friend Stu and I have been going to the gym 5 days a week almost for a month straight now
were focusing on strength training cuz quite frankly I dont care what my weight is,
I care about how I feel in my jeans and when I'm in the mirror! I'm tired of going to the gym for other people.
I think I look good regardless! but you know gotta be healthy and try to live longer n shiiii....
I do a lot of back and chest workouts and switch off biceps and triceps depending on whats the most sore...
Legs I do on my own time and I wear heels because its a calf workout in my opinion! lol.
Cardio well... we maybe do 10-20 minutes
I prefer playing Dance Central because its more fun and my Husband and I compete to beat each others score. (were a very competitive couple)
Other than that my diets changed a smidge. I have to eat foods I like otherwise I become a mean girl!
and I dont want to be mean!
oh and totally OFF SUBJECT MY HUSBANDS COMING HOME IN 5 DAYS! WOOT WOOT! lol!

Its been a while....
I forget that I have a blog! I'm not consistent enough for this ish!!
HOWEVER! I have been consistent with the gym! woo hoo go me!! anyways I'm mostly working on my legs and cardio! I feel like my legs are the problem area so thats what I'm focusing on and then I usually do about 15 to 20 minutes on the stairs and then I switch everyday between the elliptical or treadmill for about 30 minutes! woohoo!!
I'm still doing good on the eating! not as great as I was my first week but I have my Herbalife shake for at least One meal I try to have it for breakfast and dinner! and usually lunch is a lean cuisine. anyways thats about it for this update. I know my blog is boring hahaha but it keeps me going when I write it down!

wooo hoooo!!!
I'm pretty stoked with my life, I lost 4 lbs so far! working on losing 16 more! Slowly but surely I'll get there! I dont wanna be a psycho crazy gym all day and all night but I am going 5 days a week and eating better! Honestly I notice a difference when I dont go.
I am fighting depression, a milder form but still so I was directed to take St. Johns Wort, its a vitamin to help improve self esteem and happiness blah blah blah!!! Every day I go to the gym I dont need to take my happy vitamin (lol) b/c I get that same help from the gym. Its hard to not feel good about yourself when your going to the gym and kicking butt!
Anyways, thats the update for now! still eating lean cuisines A LOT and my Herbalife shakes for breakfast and dinner! I'll update you in a few days or a week!

FAIL!!!
Ok, so I failed at my previous attempt to change my life! BUT i'm back on track! this week I've gotten up at 5am mon-fri and went to the gym for 2 hours! GO ME! I'm eating healthy! Herbalife shakes for breakfast and dinner and usually grilled chicken with some veggies for lunch! I'm doing some snacking in between meals! i've been having sugar free jello and almonds!
I'm very lucky to have an awesome co worker who is willing to train my lazy ass!!! she got me on Fish Oil and a Womens Health Supplement as well as Iron vitamins b/c im anemic! I'm gonna keep posting!
I finally got a computer that works! so I can be on here posting more! if you're reading this and you have health tips please comment!

This is the start of my quest!!
It's time for me to REALLY get my act together! I'm buying a house, I'm a newlywed, I have a great career, and its time to keep up with it all!
I haven't been happy with my body since High School (which was only 4 yrs ago but still) and my Husband is really into his fitness and creating a longer life for himself. At first I found it annoying but now I've caught the bug!
I want to get my life together and I want to look GOOD for my Husband!
So this is my quest to get my life and butt together! I'm going to try to blog as much as possible to keep myself going! I want to write down what I'm eating then I wont cheat on my LIFESTYLE CHANGE so much! ha!
