I forget that I have a blog! I'm not consistent enough for this ish!!
HOWEVER! I have been consistent with the gym! woo hoo go me!! anyways I'm mostly working on my legs and cardio! I feel like my legs are the problem area so thats what I'm focusing on and then I usually do about 15 to 20 minutes on the stairs and then I switch everyday between the elliptical or treadmill for about 30 minutes! woohoo!!
I'm still doing good on the eating! not as great as I was my first week but I have my Herbalife shake for at least One meal I try to have it for breakfast and dinner! and usually lunch is a lean cuisine. anyways thats about it for this update. I know my blog is boring hahaha but it keeps me going when I write it down!
