lame..

I'm HORRIBLE at this Blogging thing!
hahaha!

So anyways, just an update on what I've been doing....

My friend Stu and I have been going to the gym 5 days a week almost for a month straight now
were focusing on strength training cuz quite frankly I dont care what my weight is,
I care about how I feel in my jeans and when I'm in the mirror! I'm tired of going to the gym for other people.
I think I look good regardless! but you know gotta be healthy and try to live longer n shiiii....

I do a lot of back and chest workouts and switch off biceps and triceps depending on whats the most sore...
Legs I do on my own time and I wear heels because its a calf workout in my opinion! lol.

Cardio well... we maybe do 10-20 minutes
I prefer playing Dance Central because its more fun and my Husband and I compete to beat each others score. (were a very competitive couple)

Other than that my diets changed a smidge. I have to eat foods I like otherwise I become a mean girl!
and I dont want to be mean!

oh and totally OFF SUBJECT MY HUSBANDS COMING HOME IN 5 DAYS! WOOT WOOT! lol!
